We have now knowledge about Basic Memo on how to write in a correct way..A memorandum or memo is a document or other communication that helps the memory by recording events or observations on a topic, such as may be used in a business office. The plural form is either memoranda or memorandums. their are 3 structure of memo the opening w/c the main point objectives of your memo, the other one is the middle w/c is the additional Information and lastly, the closing memo this will be the outcome and response of your memo...

  7. Hello!Good afternoon...I just want to express my comment about your report which is all about Basic Memo.Will,the presentation was good, it was legibly written and was discussed clearly. Your report taught us how to write a memo properly,and taught us what are its significance specially to us BSA and BSBA student. As what Ms. Alaba said, Memo is very useful specially when we are going to enter in the world of business. The given example was also easy to understand, that's why I think its not hard to make memo on our own. Thank you for doing your job well.

  8. This topic reminds us on how we can create a memorandum. It is useful especially in a memo for promotion. In the past century they use it through a hard copy but nowadays we use it through computer or email. But still it is important to know the basic information and parts of it for us to make it well. And in order to right specific and exact details about the promotion or memorandum.

  10. When the assigned reporter,reported about the memo...they also gave us an example.
    They told us that memo consist of two parts:Heading & message.Even if im not so familiar about this topic,Iknow that someday i could possibly face this kind of job.Thats why i listened well because this memo is very important in a business correspondence & also in my part as an accountancy.
