ReplyDeleteBased on the report memo is a document or oother communicatiion over all design that helps the memory by recording events or observation of a topic. If you are writing a memo you must first specify your subject or the purpose of your writings. There are 4 steps to generate your memo the prewrite, draft, revise and refine. In draft section the memo should contain the objectives of your memo that you would like to write or the purpose. In the middle you should put the supporting details of your objective or to give more information of it. In closing you should write it's outcome, result or the response. In thier report it gives me the knowledge on how to write a memo and the strategies to make it a better one.

This topic gives something knowledgeable details in regards of basic memo,through this i'm having a conscious of what really memo is because this matter is i only heared it in the conversation without any knowing of what it is but now i'm convenient for using this concept or word...i guess that's it..
ReplyDeleteWe have now knowledge about Basic Memo on how to write in a correct way..A memorandum or memo is a document or other communication that helps the memory by recording events or observations on a topic, such as may be used in a business office. The plural form is either memoranda or memorandums. their are 3 structure of memo the opening w/c the main point objectives of your memo, the other one is the middle w/c is the additional Information and lastly, the closing memo this will be the outcome and response of your memo...

ReplyDeleteIn connection with your report I learned that Memo is basically an inter-office document that are made by employees to pass messages to his/her co-employee or boss that's why we use know as early as today how to make Memo for it is one of the things we will be doing someday.
